A gentler class suitable for all levels of experience, including
beginners.

£12 per
class drop in or £40 for 4 consecutive weeks.

- All yoga
equipment is provided however you’re welcome to bring your own
mat if you wish.
Things to note:
- Yoga is
suitable for all ages and fitness levels.
- It's best
not to eat just before a class - allow one hour after fruit, two
hours after a snack and four hours after a full meal.
What to wear:
- Loose fitting
yoga or sports trousers or tracksuit bottoms or sports shorts
- all best if elasticated waist.
- T shirt,
not a very loose fitting one.
- No footwear
needed as we will be barefoot.
- Sweatshirt
or jumper and socks for warmth during relaxation.
