class style

Classes are Hatha Yoga and include breathing exercises and relaxation as well as asanas (postures). Most asanas are the same each week so you can build familiarity and see progression. Others are practised from time to time and new ones are introduced. Sometimes we work on specific aspects such as chest opening or health concerns, such as back pain.

Class sizes are small and general level classes accommodate different levels and amounts of Yoga experience.

I also work on a one to one basis - to suit someone's lifestyle or because they have specific requirements, for example health problems such as back or shoulder pain, scoliosis, osteoporosis. I offer personal classes for groups of work colleagues, friends, social groups etc.
